About Me

I have always enjoyed reading blogs about a variety of topics.  But recently I have gravitated around "mommy blogs". It gives me a sense of kinship knowing that these wonderful ladies have gone or are going through the same things I am experiencing right now.  As a new mom, I wanted to capture those moments that seem to flit by so fast.  This is my attempt at that -- so hopefully when I am old and wrinkled, I can look back at these posts that briefly encapsulated the best times of my life as a mom.

LAmomventures though is not just about my adventures as a mom.  Its about my family life and personal life as well. My friends always tease me that I am always looking towards the next adventure.  I am not really athletic or worldly as the word "adventure" implies.  I view life as a big adventure. This blog is also about my interests: food, travel, design, bargains, TV, movies, fashion and photography.

So who is LAmomventures? I am a working woman, mommy, wife, homemaker, bargain hunter, foodie, do-it-yourselfer, and shutterbug.  This is my life. Welcome to my Adventure!
